This is a journey of collaboration...
It all started with a simple question: why wasn’t regional Australia attracting talent the way major cities could?
After a decade of talent acquisition in Sydney, in 2015, founder Anna Finch launched her HR coaching business on the NSW South Coast. She quickly identified a growing challenge. Regional employers needed better connection to skilled people, and skilled people needed greater visibility of regional careers.
And so, the journey began.

The 'ah ha' moment, when Anna realised the 'issue' is an employment brand issue, not of one employer, but of the region.
The big picture 'Think Regional' solution was identified.
