Noah’s Inclusion Services

Noah’s Inclusion Services provides therapy, education and support for over 2000 children with a disability or additional need and their families each year across the Shoalhaven, Illawarra and Eurobodalla. Noah’s has been a not-for-profit, community-based organisation since 1981 and has become an industry leader in disability and early childhood education. Offering a holistic work environment that values wellbeing and offers flexibility, support and opportunities to thrive, Noah’s is currently recruiting for a range of part-time and full-time roles across locations.

Therapists have the opportunity to work across multiple programs including NDIS individual therapy, NDIS group programs, social skills programs, early intervention, Aboriginal programs, playgroups and family support. Many therapists find this variety exciting and fulfilling and enjoy the benefits of being part of an experienced team that also values fresh ideas and perspectives.

Noah’s fosters an inclusive and supportive culture, not just for the families that they work with but for the team members as well. They have created a collaborative and family-friendly atmosphere, where differences are respected and everyone’s contributions are valued.

In addition to its inclusive culture, Noah’s offers a range of benefits that enhance employees’ lives and wellbeing. Flexibility is a key feature, with the team enjoying the ability to balance personal and professional responsibilities while enjoying a sense of security working with an established and well-regarded industry leader.

"It is so great to work at Noah's, the whole team brings something unique. Everyone is so kind and knowledgeable and does their part to support the children, young people and their families that walk through the doors."
