When local builder Adam Sturt first bought the Hotondo Homes Shoalhaven franchise in 2013, it was a small team delivering around 8 builds a year. Adam ensured there was a strong foundation for success by investing in building a solid HR framework. Over the years this investment has continued with ongoing leadership, training and development programs.
Building a strong culture from the ground up has enabled them to grow considerably over the years, strategically in-housing many of the different stages of property development, to not only offer an exceptional customer experience, but also to diversify the careers available internally for the team.
Today the team build over a hundred new homes every year and have achieved significant awards and recognition, including employer of choice and best home builder in NSW.
A young team, the work environment reflects this with flexibility and a great family friendly culture. Henry and Opie, Adam’s resident furry companions are never far away for a cuddle and warming interruption to any meeting.
