True to their core value of growth, the Directors employ, nurture and develop accountants at all stages of their careers. To provide assistance in the smooth running of the business they also employ a skilled administrative team, who provide support to the Directors and Accountants. Morning teas to celebrate birthdays, new baby arrivals and major career milestones across the teams are a regular occurrence at Financial Dynamics.

Truly unique - ‘Team Money’. A policy whereby a portion of sales is put aside each week when the team reach the businesses weekly billing target.

Team money is put towards an event, where all team members, their partners and even kids are invited along to be part of the adventure. Whether its exploring New Zealand, Las Vegas, Queensland, The Hunter Valley, or most recently Uluru, working as a dynamic accounting team really pays off for each team member and their families.
