A second generation business, current Managing Director Cody Smith has had a passion for the family business since childhood. Growing up in the yard, he now leads the large facility operations based in South Nowra. With a young family himself, he is invested in providing fulfilling careers in the local area.

The boys are very flexible, and Lisa the Office Manager has taught me so much. We support each other, which means when you do take time off, there isn’t a big pile of work to come back to.
