Purchasing Officer and Sales Support

Your key responsibilities will include;

• Manage procurement of finished goods
• Determine order quantities based on demand, stock levels and lead times
• Ensure continuous supply and minimise stock outs and delays
• Monitor open orders, lead times and backorders - following up with suppliers until resolved
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and data within our ERP system
• Support the Supply Chain Coordination team with organising and booking freight
• Assist in customer service, answering phone calls, walk in customers and entering orders.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in Purchasing
• Previous ERP experience
• Someone who is organised and has an eye for detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
