About the role

As a tree service Labourer, you’ll be part of a close-knit team that’s proud of their work, takes on exciting challenges, and prioritises safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist arborists with tree pruning, trimming, and removals
Clear and process tree debris, including operating wood chippers and other equipment
Manage ropes and rigging to help safely lower tree limbs
Load and unload tools, machinery, and debris at job sites
Assist with stump grinding, tree planting, and basic landscaping
Contribute to site preparation and clean-up, ensuring a safe work environment
Perform maintenance on tools and equipment
Help maintain a safe workspace by setting up traffic control measures when needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
No prior experience required - just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn!
Previous experience in tree care, landscaping, or construction is a plus
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Team-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
Commitment to safety and following best practices
