CareSouth is currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Caseworker to join our Family Preservation Nowra team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Raising a child can be tough, help and support can make a real difference. At CareSouth we kThe Manager Customer and Community Engagement is responsible for strategic communications, customer service and community
engagement for CareSouth. The position holds broad responsibility for the development of communications, marketing, community relations, media management, fundraising, partnerships and customer contact across all audiences to drive the strategic business goals. This opportunity is a 12 month fixed term position which is covering a period of parental leave.

If successful, you will work in conjunction with the Executive Officers
and the senior management team, and also be responsible for developing customer, marketing and communications strategies for the key business operational areas in order to drive growth and customer experience. This position is part of the CareSouth Executive Team and as such works together with other members of the team to meet strategic goals, identify and support improvements, and confirm and define projects to help achieve our strategic goals and organisational purpose.

In order to be successful in this role you will have:

  • Demonstrate a commitment to the safety of children, young
    people and people with a disability.
  • Degree qualification in marketing communications or
    relevant management qualification.
  • Detailed knowledge of human services.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop effective and
    practical solutions to complex business problems.
  • Proven ability to identify, collaborate on, develop and
    implement strategic marketing and community engagement
    plans that deliver on business growth objectives.
  • High level communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong technical understanding of social media, CRM and
    database systems and their application to marketing and
    human services delivery.
  • Proven capacity to work at an Executive level.
